Our services with respect to federal trademark and service mark applications are fully described on our web site 4inc.com. Beyond such applications, we provide related intellectual property services, including Arizona trade name applications ($175 fixed fee, including costs), trademark searches, confidentiality agreements, trade secrets agreements, noncompetition agreements, advice with respect to trademark disputes, and trademark litigation, whether simple or complex. None of these services (except as otherwise indicated) can be quoted on a fixed fee basis, although we plan to offer a standardized confidentiality agreement, a standardized trade secrets agreement and a standardized noncompetition agreement. When that process is completed, we will be able to quote a fixed fee for the preparation of such agreements, with the understanding that the fixed fee would not include changes you request, or changes requested by some other party.
