| Our services with respect to the formation of corporations
and limited liability companies, in any state of the union, are fully
described on our web site 4inc.Com.
In addition to those services, we provide a variety of services for such
entities subsequent to the time of formation. Those services include both
(1) standardized (fixed fee) and (2) custom made (variable fee) services.
The quotations we provide in this web site are for the standardized services,
and are fixed fees. "Standardized" means that the "boilerplate" is relatively
fixed, but the material in the documents related to a specific client
is customized.
Custom made (variable fee) services will be quoted upon request. Those
services include contracts and agreements, business purchase and sale,
business dissolution, asset protection advice, partnership agreements,
Internet and computer law, licensing, and business law advice. While
we cannot quote a fixed fee with regard to every service, we will provide
you with a narrow range quotation with respect to the fee to be expected
for a given service, and we will not exceed the top figure in that range
without your approval. Naturally, such quotations cover the documents
we prepare in response to your request, and not the changes you or some
other party request upon review of those documents. In this regard,
you may find our tips with respect to minimizing
your costs to be helpful.

that sets it apart from other registered agent services. If you change
